    If we can't fix it, you keep the value.

    If we accept an eligible website fix and cannot resolve it, your current month's $150 membership payment becomes credit towards a new Focus Media & Design service.

    • The request must qualify as an eligible fix.
    • Focus Media & Design must accept it before work begins.
    • The customer must provide all required access and information.
    • The credit cannot be used for another membership payment.
    • The credit is not redeemable for cash.
    • The credit must be used within 90 days.
    • The maximum credit is $150 per billing cycle.
    • Third-party outages, unsupported platforms, malware, hosting failures, missing access and work outside the membership scope do not qualify.

    Before you join

    What does unlimited mean?

    You can add as many eligible requests as you like to your queue while the membership is active. We complete one request at a time, in the order you prioritise.

    Can I submit more than one request?

    Yes. Your queue can hold unlimited eligible requests. Only one request is active at any time, and the next one starts when the active one is completed.

    What qualifies as a fix?

    A minor change to an existing element of your website, such as replacing an image, updating a block of text or correcting a broken link. Focus Media & Design confirms eligibility before beginning the work.

    How quickly are requests completed?

    Most eligible requests are completed within two to three business days after we receive everything required, including access and content.

    Can you redesign my website?

    No. Redesigns, new pages and new sections are outside the plan. If you need one, we provide a separate add-on quote and never charge for it without your approval.

    Can you build a new page?

    A new page is not part of the membership, but it is available as an add-on from $250, quoted and approved before any work begins.

    Can I use the plan for multiple websites?

    The plan covers one website. You can add an additional website for $100 per month as an approved add-on.

    What happens if you cannot fix my request?

    If we accept an eligible fix and cannot resolve it, your current month's $150 membership payment becomes credit towards a new Focus Media & Design service, under the service-credit guarantee conditions.

    What happens after the first three months?

    The founding payment covers three months. After that the plan renews at $150 per month only if recurring billing was clearly disclosed and authorised by you.

    How do I cancel?

    Request cancellation from your client portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and we confirm the final service date in writing.

    What if my website is already seriously broken?

    Website recovery, malware removal and hosting failures are outside the plan. Tell us what happened and we will quote the repair separately before any work begins.
