Service terms

These terms describe the working boundaries of the White-Label Website Department.

Agency relationship

Your agency owns the end-client relationship, pricing, strategy, approvals and communication. Focus Media & Design works privately as the production partner.

Production start

A production timeline begins after approved content, brand assets, platform access and complete direction have been received.

Revisions and scope

The standard monthly service includes two organised revision rounds per website. Additional pages, custom development, advanced e-commerce and urgent delivery are quoted separately.

Monthly capacity

Reserved capacity must be used within the applicable billing period and does not roll over. Capacity may be limited to protect quality and turnaround times.

Data protection and Bermuda PIPA

Focus Media & Design is based in Bermuda and handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection Act 2016. We collect only what is needed for the purpose we have explained, keep it secure, use approved service providers where information is processed overseas, and honour requests to access, correct or delete personal information. Full detail is in our Bermuda PIPA notice at /pipa. Where your agency shares end-client personal information with us, your agency remains responsible for having a lawful basis to share it and we handle it only on your instructions and for the agreed production work.

Partner referral programme

Approved partners receive a referral code and a private dashboard showing referred applications, their conversion status and the revenue attributed to them. Commission is payable only on referrals we mark as converted, after the referred customer has paid, and is calculated at the rate recorded on the partner record. Self-referrals, duplicate submissions and applications already in progress with us are not eligible.

AI-assisted planning

Production plans and application summaries generated by our AI tools are drafts for internal and partner use. They are reviewed by a person, do not form a quote or a commitment, and should not be presented to an end client as a fixed scope without your own review.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, billing dates and cancellation terms will be set out in the signed agency agreement. Applications do not create a service agreement.

Draft notice: This page is adapted for the new service and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.
