The commitment, clearly
Early cancellation: the balance is $1,800 minus membership payments already made. For example, after three $150 payments, the remaining balance is $1,350.
Unlimited fixes: unlimited eligible minor updates to one website, completed one at a time. New pages, redesigns, copywriting, e-commerce and custom features are quoted separately.
Not included: domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions and optional add-ons. Any additional costs are confirmed before you agree.
Before work begins: we confirm the scope, agreement and billing dates in writing. Complete business information, logo, photos and required access are needed.
Remaining 12-month commitment
If you pay $1,800 upfront, the commitment is already paid in full.
Concept ownership and revision deadlines
All website concepts must be claimed for ownership by purchasing Website Ownership and Launch within 14 calendar days of the concept being sent to you. After Website Ownership and Launch is purchased, all included revisions must be completed and approved within 7 calendar days of the scheduled revision start. If either deadline is missed, a $275 re-engagement fee applies before work resumes. Your promotional agreement includes ownership and launch at no separate charge and confirms how these deadlines apply.
